Life Time Lifeguard interview questions

Very relaxed, asked difficult questions but were relatable to the position being applied for. 2 required interviews, second interview had to memorize mission and vision statement. I had to interact with members during my interview so that they could get a good idea of my interpersonal skills, which I was not expecting. Got a call to interview and went in to interview the same day which was a little late notice but I made it work.

It was very straight forward and easy. The questions are simple and typical interview questions that you would expect. Just dress up and be prepared and know your stuff and you'll do fine.
