I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Harrison, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was overall a casual, yet direct interview based on the company's values and how it impacts the way the consumers live. In addition, they also wanted to know the person being interviewed as a person.

Question 1
When you were faced with a problem, how did you solve it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time in Aug 2016
Interview
Promoted from within. Manager proceeded to fire, rehire, demote, re-promote, and demote again, myself and several other employees over the course of 3 months. Pay scale was allover the place and made no sense. When brought up to GM I was told "don't rock the boat" and "if you talk about pay with other employees you can be fired".

Question 1
If you're driving to work, and find trash on the sidewalk on the other side of the parking lot, are willing to go pick it up 100% of the time?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Life Time (Chanhassen, MN)
Interview
The interview process is very extensive with Life Time. First it started with a phone interview with the recruiter. Next, I had an interview with 2 of my colleagues that lasted an hour. It was awkward with the 3 of us in the room together.
Then I had an interview with their manager that was over an hour that was very nice. Between that interview and the next, I learned she was moved to another department.
So, I had another interview with her replacement who had been on the job for 5 days.
It was a very long process that was about 8 week from start to finish, with a lot of waiting, and the recruiter had to get everyone's calendars cleared to set up.
There seemed to be a bit of a lack of internal communication within the team. When I got the offer, they wanted me to start the next day literally, which was a surprise after months this got stretched out.

Question 1
A big thing that is important to Life Time is if you live a Healthy Way of Life (HWOL)-- work out, eat, etc. Every interview asked what H.W.O.L meant to me
