I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2017
Interview
It was a new location. I met and interviewed with the supervisor of the area I was applying for at a job fair. I then got an email to meet her again informally. Then, I had to study the standards and mission statement. There was a little quiz. Lastly, I had a group interview with the general manager.
All behavioral questions, why you want to work there, why aquatics, how you show the healthy way of life, are you a certified lifeguard, how you work with a team, greatest strengths greatest weaknesses etc then a test of your skills in the water to make sure you would be a good lifeguard and then you were notified fairly quickly to have another interview with senior management

Question 1
GM question was a red flag - "Do you have a weekend cabin or anything? I don't want to hire you and find out that you won't be available to work weekends because you never get to use your cabin."
