I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Detroit, MI)
Interview
very long. had to do 2 in person, 1 over the phone and another in person. after all of those waited for a background check. total interview process was a month long.
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2019
Interview
Phone interview conducted with recruiter, which seemed very positive. Followed up a couple of weeks later, and recruiter stated they were still in the interviewing process. Four weeks later still no news, so I guess I'm not a candidate anymore? Needless to say, terrible communication. I realize recruiters are busy, but close the loop already! Very unprofessional. Leads me to believe they may be a "churn and burn" employer unless one has a senior position.

Question 1
Pretty easy questions...mostly just asked me to relate my experience to aspects of the job once that was thoroughly explained.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Troy, MI) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was supposed to be a 3 part process, but it was only two parts for me. I met with the aquatics manager and we had a basic interview, I was then given the company’s mission statement and goals to be memorized and recited to the GM at a later time. That went great and I was hired shortly after.
