Phone screening, interview with department head, then interview with general manager. Basic fit questions (describe a time you had to work in a team, make a difficult decision, etc.), know about the mission, and they spend much of the time describing the role.

The targeted selection process with a need to answer in a specific way of what was the situation, what was the action and what was the result. The interview is scored based on answers and the completion of the three aspects.
The interview process was very casual and straightforward. It felt more like a conversation than an actual interview. The hiring process takes a short time, but it can be a little confusing at first because you will have to get used to the duties on your own most of the time.
