Life Time interview questions

Brief phone conversation, in-person interview with hiring staff representative, and follow-up 2nd interview with aquatics manager to go over and discuss my resume & previous work experience. Was asked a series of questions, most involving a hypothetical scenario/conflict and requiring specific examples of how I would handle - or have handled in the past - the situation if it were to happen on the job. Was hired immediately after the questioning process, and my qualification certs were scanned and verified.

3 step process ending with the general manager of the club. Fairly quick and easy process and happens in a stretch of a few days. The third interview is the most in depth and difficult.
