Life Time interview questions

The interview process was fairly easy. They asked about prior training, and it was clear that they also really wanted to get to know you. They were very warm and welcoming and asked you to share about yourself as well as why you wanted the position/what would make you a good candidate.

1st one is phone interview with the manager, just easy behavioral. 2nd one is in person one on one with the manager where he shows you the place. 3rd one is the final one with the general manager, just a vibe check will ask you stuff about why you want to work here and stuff about family and customer service. YOU HAVE TO memorize mission statement.
