Life Time interview questions

I had two separate rounds of interviews. Most of the questions seemed really inappropriate for the position and were more geared towards company loyalty and policy and not the actual job. There was also a cleaning trial part to the interview before the job was offered. You were expected to memorize the mission statement and followed around a trainer to be tested on your cleaning skills.

Interview was great. Talked to the manager of the department and she talked to me about my experiences about my past lifeguard job, and advised me to bring my resume to the general manager. Interviews were quite fast and the managers were very friendly.
