Life Time interview questions

Disorganized. I think they were desperate for employees because questions revolved more about when I could begin, my schedule, etc., rather than my skills. Hiring manager was a bit of a jerk.

Extensive interview process that was made up of 3 in person interviews. 1st interview was with the Fitness Manager, the 2nd was with the assistant Fitness Manager to assess how comfortable you feel on the floor talking to members, and the 3rd was with the General Manager to get a better understanding of how the gym runs as a whole unit and discussing the role you play as a Fitness Professional.
