2 interview 1 video with general manager - typical questions (why do you want to work here? Experience and situational questions) 1 in person practical with PT manager - practical to include warm up, main workout, cool down and talked about commissions and running your business

Interviewed with aquatics director and GM. The interview with the GM was more of an introductory meeting. The overall process was smooth and quick. I did not have to prove any pool skills.
