Short interview with the hiring manager and the general manager. Was very welcoming and had a very engaging conversation. The questions are about the mission statement and values of the Lifetime community essentially.

Question 1
Describe a time you exemplified Lifetimes Mission both at work and in your personal life?
Video process was relatively easy, standards questions they would ask for any childcare role, online training post hire is like 40 hours though, comes with free membership/nice perks so can’t complain — most kids academy employees are high school/college kids
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time
Interview
Applied Online and then pretty quickly heard back from the Lead Concierge via email. He asked when I was available for a phone call to discuss the position and what he was looking for. That's where the positive experience ended.
I wrote back within 2 hours giving him my open availability and never heard back from him. Over the next week and a half I followed up with hime twice, and never heard a single word back, Then, about 3 weeks after In applied, I received a canned automatic rejection email.
The blatant disregard and lack of professionalism from this employee was obvious. You do not ghost a candidate after you were the one to initially reach out.
