Life Time interview questions

It was a pretty easy process, I applied after sending an email and they gave me one interview and I was accepted. The interview was over zoom with the head of the aquatics department.

For my second round of interviews I was quite disappointed with the process. For starters, after introducing myself the PT Manager still did not know my name and continuously used a wrong name until he began to read through my resume. This process provided little to information on financial growth tracks other than the piece of advice I was told "you get out what you put in."
