The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time in Aug 2009
Interview
Didn't apply through the website because I was doubtful that I get a callback and I was pretty desperate for a summer job, so I went to the office directly and got the supervisor's card. Shot him an email and he offered me an interview the next week. Interview was pretty easy; asked me how I dealt with customer service, my scheduling, etc...

Applied online, followed up in club with hiring manager. Hiring manager and did a phone interview a few days later, then set up a one on one interview. Most questions in the interview were based on experierence and how you would handle customer service issues. After the interview was offered another interview with the GM about a week later. After that interview, background check took about a week and was offered the job over the phone the next week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time in May 2011
Interview
The lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late, then took me into her office and asked me standard interview questions. She did not seem prepared at all. I asked many questions and seemed interested, but my attitude completely changed when she stated that all child care employees start at minimum wage. I'd rather work at the Cafe for minimum wage than be liable for children.
