I had a phone interview and then it became a one on one interview with the hiring manager for the department. they asked me a bunch of questions about why I wasa good fit and to find out my background and my previous work experience and certifivation. They asked some tough questions and also asked some funny ones to help break the ice and ease the tension,

Two interviews one with department head and one with GM. Both interviews were face to face and pretty easy. A couple days after interviews i received a email saying i got the job.

7 day training at headquarters in Minn. Passing the testing and touring, then you get back ready to roll. High turn over. Not always nice employees. Will not even talk to you because one may not stay. If stay for a while and make it then maybe they will be friendly. They seemed threatened by ne employees.
