I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Rochester Hills, MI) in Mar 2014
Interview
2 interviews, they both are very similar. One is with the dept. head and then with the GM. Someone will call you first contacting you and asking if you have applied to any other lifetime and if anyone else has reached out to you. After a quick call, they will more than likely ask you to come in for a 1:1 interview. During the call, they won't ask many questions. For the second interview you'll have to have memorized Lifetine's missions Dm vision statement - it's not hard, but it's very important.

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time in Mar 2015
Interview
I had an interview with the operations department head and then an interview with the general manager. The interview was to gauge my interest and see if I would be able to do the hard work expected of me. After my first interview the operations manager told me the question the GM would be asking me. The GM interview is more of a formality. If you get to this point your chances are very good.
