I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Garland, TX) in Aug 2011
Interview
Interview questions were basic. Laid back but straight forward. There are two interviews. After the first interview, I was required to swim to prove that I knew how. The second "interview" is shadowing to see if you're a fit.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Montvale, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
Phone interview, questionairre, in person interview....you are called and screened, then asked for an in person interview where you are asked to fill out the form. The company want all of their employees to memorize their mission statement for the in person interview where you will fill it out on the questionairre. They will call you with an offer if they are interested. Benefits are great but pay can be minimal to ok depending on the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2015
Interview
It was very lengthy. A phone interview, an interview with Kids Activities Department Head, and then one with the GM. Overall the interviews did not last very long, but there was a long time of not knowing if I got the job between interview.
