I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Rochester Hills, MI) in May 2015
Interview
First I had an interview with the Kid's Activity Department head. It was a laid back interview. I got an email a couple of days later saying I had an interview with the General Manager of the club. He pretty much asked the same questions. About 4 days later I got contacted saying I got the job and needed to fill out a form for a background check.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Dublin, OH) in May 2015
Interview
Phone interview, one-on-one interview, group interview with general manager. Wasn't too bad, group interview was intimidating based on the fact that you want your voice to be heard. Didn't realize I was having a phone interview I actually hung up the phone. It was a relatively easy interview that required little to no preparation
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Eden Prairie, MN) in Jan 2014
Interview
Basic interview, ask a bit about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Had a relaxed and laid back feel to it. Then after interviewing with the department head, you interview with the general manager and he asks you what the Lifetime motto is so it is important to memorize that.
