Life Time interview questions

Was first interviewed by the Rock Climbing supervisor, then was sent to the General Manager. Both interviews were very relaxed as most of their Kids Activities Team are High Schoolers

The interview process included a few basic questions about my experience in the field (i.e. what previous experience do you have with child care, how many years have you been in the field, etc.). There were also a few situational questions that were asked. It was a one-on-one interview that lasted around half an hour.
