I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time (Centreville, VA) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview process was on the spot. I walked in and interviewed with a manager. I was asked about my experience with children, gave a brief background about myself and was hired. It was in a casual setting so it felt comfortable. Had me working the same weekend, so it was a very fast process. Advice, take two IDs with so you are ready.
