Interview
Met with the Head of Camp. Sat down with her in the gym cafe and went over my resume. Was a pretty basic interview compared to other camps. Asked me what ideas I had for the campers in my group and relevant experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Florham Park, NJ)
Interview
I had two interviews-the first one was with the main Operation Supervisor, the other, a couple weeks later, with two other assistant operation managers 1st and 2nd shift. The interviews were not difficult and were done professionally. I have to say that by the time I started working-which took about 1 month after the initial interview, the main operations supervisor had suddenly quit, leaving the department in disarray.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple, you chat with the personal trainer supervisor about the position specifics (100% commission), what the job entails. Then a practical interview with another trainer, discuss progressions, regressions, and exercise cueing. then a final interview with general manager which is basically reciting their mission and values.
