I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
I had one in person interview with a manger and then had the second round practical. The practical was basically putting a manager through a short workout with a couple different circuits. Other fitness managers were watching as I was going through the workout. They then asked me a series of questions about my sales experience and went through mock conversations between a client and personal trainer.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Harrison, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Asked a lot of questions, mostly reviewing the things they wanted us to practice and memorize. Such as their goals, mottos, etc. After the interview process they also had modules we had to do as well as partially memorize for future business.

Interview
I interviewed with General Manager where I was asked questions and was critiqued and evaluated on pre-set question format. The process was normal and what you would expect in an interview. Overall, I would say the interview was rather typical for the job and relatively easy. The overall experience was ok - however I was misguided in that the company would be decent to work for and provide a real opportunity. They are very specific in presentation skills and look to attract people who posses a certain skill set and ability to influence and attract people.
