Life Time interview questions

Phone interview with operations manger about past experience and going over what the job entails, making sure you understand that operations is mostly cleaning and customer service, followed by an in person interview with Operations Manager (takes about 30 minutes), final interview with general manager to go over mission statement etc.

I applied online then I was sent an email by the manager asking me if I would like to come in for an interview. I had one interview with the manager of operations a week later and then the next day came in for a second interview with the both the manager of operations and the general manager.
