Life Time interview questions

Everything was great until final interview. Then their area manager talked the whole interview and only asked me 3 questions- very unprofessional. They seem very desperate to get people on board.

There was 4 interviews total. First; 30min phone interview with department head. Second: formal in club interview with department head. Third: practical interview with assistant manager. Fourth and final interview with general manager. If offered position must complete a week long in club certification course and pass a test on the last day to be officially hired.
