Life Time interview questions

There were 2 interviews. The first one was a group interview with the manager. He basically just explains the role and responsibilities of the job. He then asks a few behavioral/situational questions. Anyone is open to answer them and he doesn't call on people. I stepped up and answered and then later I got set up with a second interview with someone who was a higher up in the company. The interview was a few days later and lasted maybe 30 mins. They also made you remember the gold-code which is their company code and you had to say it at the second interview.
