two interviews: first one is just with the department head who would check your resume, skills, certifications, and get to know you. the next stage is an interview with the general manager for which you need to learn the rules, and motto of the company.

The interview was friendly and casual, Be prepared to answer question that portray your personality. Study the Life Time Mission before hand. This is a requirement for the interview process, knowing it before you go will give you the upper hand.

If you are selected for Part 2 of the interview you will need to recite the Life Time Mission to the General Manager. So Practice, Practice, Practice. Also Dress Business Casual.
