Life Time interview questions

The first interview was only a recorded video interview. You read a question and record it on a platform. The recording is supposed to be 90 seconds long. Then someone will judge you behind a screen without you being able to ask any clarifying questions. There wasn’t even a phone screen by a real human, so it’s very dehumanizing.

- interviewer asks you to take them through a barbell bent over row, rdl, and over head movement of your choice - then you are asked why life time over other gyms - then you are given a clip board and name tag and asked to go around the gym and try to get some leads for free consults and come back in 5 minutes just to see how comfortable you are in approaching others
