Interview
Asked to come in for a group interview where I had to design a game to play with a group of kids. Came in and was with a group of maybe 10-15 other applicants, the GM and the supervisor. We all played each other's games and played with the kids. It last maybe an hour.

Question 1
What is an example of a difficult situation you had to deal with and how did you deal with it?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time (Vaughan, ON) in May 2018
Interview
Was sent an email to attend a job fair at the Life Time Fitness Athletic in Vaughan on a Saturday from 1-2:30 pm. Wrote my name on a list and waited 3 whole hours for my interview. Was interviewed by the head manager of the Life Time Cafe department. Was told I passed for second interview for Monday and that I have to memorize the Life Time Model by then. I was very excited to work a new bartender position, especially in their nice facility. I emailed the manager who interviewed me on Saturday and Sunday night, asking when to come in and where to find this model to memorize (did not find it on the website). He did not respond back to me nor did he reach out to me with information. I called but was not able to get a hold of him. Overall very unprofessional, especially near the end of the interviews he started interviewing 2+ individuals as he spent an hour on each interview. There had to be a total of 20+ people at the least. I was interviewed alongside two other individuals that also were said to be given a second interview.
