Interview
The hiring process is typically lengthy. Total interviews can range from as little as 3 and may approach double digits. They are thorough and place a lot of emphasis on living a healthy lifestyle.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Memphis, TN) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. I was asked generic questions such as why could I see myself working the job, how would you pursue the job, and how would your past work experiences benefit you on the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Life Time (Shelby Township, MI) in Jul 2018
Interview
I had the first interview, I was told there would be 3 after that and they'd be within a few days of each other. With my current full-time position, that was a ridiculous expectation. They wanted to meet a quota for how many employees they should have so they needed to have it done ASAP. The guy interviewing me was nice and we got along well, but the benefits were crap and the hours are crazy for the base pay. You work every holiday except Christmas and Thanksgiving. They want someone with no social life. They only provide 8 vacation days, which is very low for a job that requires at least 45 hours a week and mandatory last 3 days of the month working.
