Applied for position, Recruiter reached out. Interviewed with Regional Manager.
Proceeded to Panel Interview of four. Asked about my Management and Leadership experience. Why do I want to work with the Company? Sales and Customer Service questions.

What area , would my Manager say I need improvement in?
First meeting with the recruiter was great. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The next step will be to meet with the Regional VP, then a panel interview with the recruiter, Regional VP, and the HRVP.

Interview
3 interviews; one with a recruiter, one with a senior regional, and a panel a zone VP. Each interview went great, the interviews were very conversational and personable. They essentially want to know that you're capable of being a leader and people person. KPIs were also a big part of the interviews as it's important to know you have relevant experience to take on the role. I was reached back out to within a few days to maximum a week between interviews regarding the next one. Was made an offer very soon after the final interview.
