I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LensCrafters
Interview
3 interviews; one with a recruiter, one with a senior regional, and a panel a zone VP. Each interview went great, the interviews were very conversational and personable. They essentially want to know that you're capable of being a leader and people person. KPIs were also a big part of the interviews as it's important to know you have relevant experience to take on the role. I was reached back out to within a few days to maximum a week between interviews regarding the next one. Was made an offer very soon after the final interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LensCrafters (Jensen Beach, FL) in Dec 2025
Interview
Overall, I would say that the recruiter I dealt with was unprofessional. The recruiter reached out to me via messages on, indeed asking me if I’d be interested in interviewing for a store manager role with Sunglass Hut. I responded back that I was in fact interested. The next email I got from her was an email asking me to pick a time slot for an interview for LensCrafters. I found this weird as the initial email was referring to Sunglass Hut and not LensCrafters so I emailed back asking for clarification and was confirmed for LensCrafters at a location 60 miles away from me. Her reason for the mixup was a system software error. Her reason for the mixup was a system software error. However, I know how the indeed systems worked. It was an issue on her end that she tried to blame on the computer rather than state she made a simple mistake. The day of the interview I got an email five minutes before the interview stating that they were going to cancel because they wanted someone with specific licensing. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover this email until 10 minutes into the interview time because I had already logged into the Zoom link by the time they emailed me. The job description didn’t specify any requirement for license or certification requirements.
I found the interview process long and disorganized. Spoke to 4 different people. Given wrong day and time for interview and was left waiting at the time I interview was supposed to start

Interview
It was a three round interview process. It was focused on metrics and business acumen. They wanted to make sure you have what it takes to run a successful store and that you will hold people accountable for sales goals.
