It was easy and they were on time there was no surprised. They called me very quickly after applying. The manager was nice.I did not take the job but they were understanding

3 interviews; one with a recruiter, one with a senior regional, and a panel a zone VP. Each interview went great, the interviews were very conversational and personable. They essentially want to know that you're capable of being a leader and people person. KPIs were also a big part of the interviews as it's important to know you have relevant experience to take on the role. I was reached back out to within a few days to maximum a week between interviews regarding the next one. Was made an offer very soon after the final interview.
