In the attempt of creating a casual vibe, it went unprofessional from the panel's end. It was very hard to understand who's bullying who.

Question 1
In the attempt of creating a casual vibe, it went unprofessional from the panel's end. It was very hard to understand who's bullying who. By the end of the interview, was shared a link to the (informative but still unnecessary to the interview process) blog written by one of the panelists was absolutely bizarre.
One of the panelists opened up the part by saying - I am disappointed, which later went onto improvising with 'I am disappointed in myself' after getting a quick pinch from the senior panelist. Utmost strange interview :(
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Lenovo (Dublino, Dublino) in Nov 2020
Interview
Having originally applied for the role of Content Strategist, I was unsuccessful after my second round interview. This was communicated promptly, and then the following day I had been told that the hiring manager had recommended me for a different role in another department, for which I interviewed the following week.
After speaking with the hiring manager, I received zero feedback for weeks. After chasing Lenovo, I then finally received feedback for the original Content Strategist role to which I had applied - feedback I had already received.
More than a month now after a second/third round interview with the CMO, I am still being ghosted. If the hiring/feedback process is any indication of how Lenovo is as a place to work, I would not recommend them.
no much competency based as I was headhunted, it was more of a chat about my experience and expectations, however the waiting process was long and ambiguous because it was for a department yet to start running
