The recruiter told me they wanted to bring me in. I asked her if we could do a phone screen first because there were some aspects of the solicitation that I did not seem to be a good fit for. She said they really wanted to bring me in. After coming in, it became clear pretty quickly that I was not an ideal candidate for the job. Wish they would have done the phone screen to identified this.

Experiencia en Computadoras.
Entrevista con el reclutador y luego otra con el gerente de personal, muy amables los 2, y la mayoria de las preguntas apuntan al futuro no muy lejano. Son entrevistas simples y cortas pero con preguntas muy precisas.
