Lenovo interview questions

Was invited for 2 face to face interviews on the same day. After that was asked to do an Excel test online with HR representative. The test was 50 Qs, multiple choice. I interviewed at the end of 2022, the Excel test was about Excel 2002. It was actually written in one of the questions. When I told the HR rep that it was super outdated, she said she would pass on my feedback... I was never told the outcome but instead was called for another interview for a different position. This was done online. I did not want to continue to 2nd round because it was maternity backfill. So I withdrew from 2nd round. The hiring manager called me personally to ask me to continue as he was able to make some changes in the hiring conditions and he really liked me. OK, so I had round 2, online with another manager. Never heard from them again. I guess the other manager did not like me.

3 parts - HR, team head then boss of team head. nice to spend time with. call with HR. teams meeting with team head and face to face interview at last.
