Lenovo interview questions

Did an initial phone screen with the recruiter and went over the basics. Then did a zoom meeting with the hiring manager who ensured that there would be one more round of interviews and that candidates "would hear something either way because I don't like ghosting applicants". I followed up with the recruiter just to see how the process was going. Have not heard a single word from them since my interview over a month ago. Very unprofessional, especially interviewing for an HR role.

Gave an Introduction of research in university and some questions. Then maybe some behavior questions, especially Japanese styles, such as the thing you tried your best. Good experience except on-site.
