upon applying senior role and submitting the expected salary from several lenovo recruiters, all got last seen. and suddenly a lenovo recruiter mentioned there is a possible job opportunity to up my applied role to principal.

Interview
I had an internal reference with a recruiter and was requested to interview with them a couple weeks later.
They mentioned, at the end of the interview, the next step would be to narrow down the candidates and have half day site visits.
There was no response. I followed up with the recruiter and hiring manager. They ghosted me.
A month later I received a request to fill out a survey about the interview experience.
