Lenovo Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist - Events and Programs interview questions

Interview process was long and communication was seriously lacking throughout. I was told multiple times, by interviewers and the recruiter, that I was one of two finalists and they just needed to complete interviews with the other candidate and a decision would be made. I noticed that the job was reposted so I reached out to the recruiter who told me that they wanted to start interviewing more new candidates. Despite being a "top candidate," I was never given a reason or feedback about why they wanted to reopen the job and look for an entire new applicant pool. Horrible experience.
