Interview
The process was very long, unprofessional, and complicated. First, I followed up with them about my application. I received the invitation for a video interview a month later. I did the interview and was expected to hear back within three weeks. However, I only heard back from them almost three months later.

Describe a past situation at an internship that was unethical. How did you deal with the situation?

Interview
First round was on campus interview. No reception or pre-interview event. Two interviewers(one HR one analyst/director I forgot her title), about 30 minutes interview on sort of behavioral questions. Heard back from them after about 2 months.
