There is an intern called me and do a phone interview lasting for 20 mins asking whether I am available now, my location and my salary expectation. Later go to the office meet an HR manager and talking for half an hour. Afterwards, the HR gives me a call for an hour...which is really a long time.
Later get the offer.
Did an initial phone screen with the recruiter and went over the basics. Then did a zoom meeting with the hiring manager who ensured that there would be one more round of interviews and that candidates "would hear something either way because I don't like ghosting applicants". I followed up with the recruiter just to see how the process was going. Have not heard a single word from them since my interview over a month ago. Very unprofessional, especially interviewing for an HR role.

A few video interviews. They were quick to schedule. But they dropped off the face of the earth and ignored my emails asking for updates and didn't even bother to decline me. It's been three months... Really unprofessional.
