Lenovo Global Future Leader Program interview questions

I applied in the summer, got an e-mail assessment in late summer, got called into half-day interview in September; they gave the impression that there would only be one more final round of interviews but once you pass the half-day and select which teams you would be okay with working in, you have to go through another full 3-round process again.

I applied online. I got online assessment which tests basic Mathematical and English skills. 30 minutes each section. Then, shortlisted to attend their event at San Jose, CA which was followed by first round of interviews on the next day. Interviews were case study based where we had to do group discussion followed by personal presentation on case studies.
