Interview
This will be one of the easiest job interviews you will ever go on. They will be selling you the position more than anything. If they need to fill a spot they will offer you the job that same at. This is a huge red flag. It doesn't matter if you have prior sales experience or not. You might not even know anything about fitness, and they don't even care. If you are in somewhat decent shape they will hire you on the spot. They will lie to you and promise you all this income potential, and none of it is true. Also no background check at all.

Interview
Iqbal Khan, the vice president of sales at LA Fitness here in Chicago for select locations, called me on a Monday at 3 p.m asking for me to come in by 5 p.m for an interview. I declined that interview as it was too short notice and I could not get ready and go meet for an interview in the next two hours. We rescheduled for Thursday where I went to Arlington heights, Illinois to meet him at the LA Fitness there for an interview.
