LA Fitness interview questions

I walked in. Smiled and talked with the receptionist, asking for an application. She was close with the manager, so I was hired the next day. On average a receptionist only stays for about a month. In general interviews are generally not a big deal.

I met with the Personal Training Director. I was asked minimal questions pertaining to work history, personality, and purpose for seeking employment. Afterward, I was given a description of the job responsibilities and expectations. He provided a breakdown of the payment structure and work schedule and asked if I am still interested in the position.
