Interview
I got a phone call from the hiring manager to offer an interview. She requested a 30 min work out plan to execute the day of the interview, advising she was 55 years old with a "rotator tear" and an Achilles tendon. So there I was, working on designing a work out plan that would work for her. Once I got to the interview she offered to take me to her VP right away to get the hiring process started without even going over the rate of pay/ schedule etc. She did not even bother to take a look at the work out plan she had requested. I inquired about the rate of pay and found out they pay minimum wage ($10.50) to ALL employees regardless of the position you apply for. I thanked her for taking me into consideration and advised her it was not really what I was looking for. Waste of time.

Interview
The district manager was very polite even though I was scared I have never been in sales before. He asked me if I had a background in customer service which I did but I was horrible at sales. He told me to sell him a pen that was in front of him to see my skills. It was a breeze
