LA Fitness interview questions

Interview process was quick and easy. The VP and I seemed to hit it off, and I was told I'd get a call for a position within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Weeks would go by and I'd hear nothing. Even after I reached out to him letting him know that I was still interested. The catch? This has happened to me THREE times with this company alone! I applied three times and got ghosted all three times. All with promises that I'd hear back soon. So if you're applying here, don't be surprised if you get ghosted. And my advice to the VP? Please keep your word when you tell someone you'll contact them. I would rather be told I didn't get the job than be ghosted.
