Came in and waited quite a few minutes because there was nobody at the front desk. Someone came to help and asked who I was interviewing even though this entire time had been automated emails. Then I had to wait a few more minutes then it started. I was asked if I had brought my resume even though no where online was I asked to bring it in as the emails had been automated. Basically they had how many sales you could project on how you would go about doing them. I asked where do these 60 phone numbers come from that you want me to call. They replied "your numbers". Yup! They do not provide leads. I was directly encouraged to sell out to family and friends. The people that worked there did not look like real fitness enthusiasts or even attend gyms themselves. They just seemed to care more about how you were going about getting contacts for them. This is actually a grand scheme to hire new people and get leads for themselves and stay with them long after you're gone. You are just simply providing leads for them.
