I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Apr 2021
Interview
In person, very casual, shared resume in a conversational format. Didn't go over practical or any assessments just talked about the importance of it. Wasn't quizzed on knowledge. Talked more about marketing, they seemed more interested in selling programs and not creating them. Client sessions are only 25 min sessions. I turned down the position because I felt that clients needed more time to train.
