LA Fitness interview questions

manager was hour late for interview. really cocky and arrogant. always walkng away, I had to keep callihng him because he didn't follow up. not very impressive the whole process was unprofessional. they have hard time getting top talent and keeping them because the company believes they can always replace with someone else. money may sound great but it's not realistic

I applied online and shortly after (5days) a representative called me and conducted a phone interview. The interview itself entailed simple questions like availability, prior experiences and so forth.
