The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Goodyear, AZ) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was extremely fast, I was expecting it to be at least 10 - 15 minutes, but it seems it wasn't even 5 minutes.
He asked me to talk about myself and my previous job experiences (even though I gave him an resume that stated exactly that) then proceeded to tell me that I will get a call back on either Monday or Tuesday to see if I was hired or not.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Tampa, FL)
Interview
I applied online about 2 weeks prior to getting a phone call for an interview, it actually was a location that I hadn't selected in the application process. I decided it wasn't too much farther so I agreed to an interview. We set it for 4 days later. The interview process was very casual. I got questions about past work history, hobbies and things like that. It took approximately 15 minutes total. He called 3 days after the interview to tell me that one of his employees decided they wanted the extra shifts I was applying for. He said I interviewed very well and actually wants to keep my resume on file if he has any openings for front desk or kids zone, because he thought I'd be better suited for that. At least it wasn't a total fail :p
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The" tell me about yourself" question is always difficult because it's so broad. I recommend knowing exactly what you'd reply to this so you don't stumble all over yourself like I almost did :p

Interview
The hiring manager asked me a few questions and then proceeded to give me information about the job and what I would be doing. I didn't get the job due to availability hours.
