Interview
Very short interview with district manager. Not behavioral based. Manager never even looked at my resume. Second interview district operation manager. Again very short, very few good questions asked. I was supposed to work the front desk for a while so they could assess my customer skills. It was pretty slow in the club so I only checking in a couple of members and this part of the int3erview lasted about 5 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Broadview, IL)
Interview
It was basic, at first it seemed tough, before the experience was over I felt like the manager was desperate for me to work there, a little too desperate. He also did a poor job of explaining the pay structure, I think it was done purposefully, they promise you lots of money in bonuses, but you get very little commission, so I guess they don't want to scare anyone away, it seemed a bit deceitful, but I needed a job.
