I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at KPMG (Mumbai) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied through a recruiting firm, a senior recruiter from the firm did the first round of screening and find my profile suitable for the role. They submitted my profile to KPMG.
After following up to find out about the recruiting process I found out that KPMG have only shortlisted people form IIM A,B and C.
I have an MBA from leading Ivey league global business school and years of expecting with global MNCs. I was under the impression that global consulting firms like KPMG would be more open and rational in their recruiting process, but because of such shortsighted and somewhat biased screening process that they have, they are missing out big time on people like myself and others who could add lot more value to their clients and organization.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I'd have expected a better screening and rational selection process than a pure geeky black and white approach.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (München, Bavaria) in May 2011
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Johannesburg) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had a total of three interviews with 4 online tests to complete. Two of the interviews were with partners and one was with senior managers. The interviews with the partners was great and they are more interested in your motives and character (work ethnic) while the interview with the senior managers was very technical and in depth.
